Job summary

Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform expanding through acquisitions. This IT Support Engineer role drives internal IT operations, supports employees, and leads agency systems integration across acquired businesses.

You will work with MSPs, contractors, and the integration team to ensure business continuity, employee experience, and successful consolidation of new agencies into Dwelly's platform. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion.
• Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, SSL, firewalls.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, access and user support issues independently.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, migrations, or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support for the internal team via ticketing system and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with MSPs/contractors, troubleshoot VPN, remote access, networking, email delivery, and device management.
• Assist migrations of acquired agencies, centralise assets, and connect to core platforms with minimal disruption.
• Automate processes and continuously improve tools, documentation, access management, and scalability.
