Job summary

Intent Clinical seeks an IT Systems Specialist to own the technology backbone for a remote, nationally distributed team. You’ll support the CRM, EMR, and other critical systems while designing scalable workflows and automations. You’ll translate technical concepts for non-technical staff and collaborate with vendors.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and participates in adopting AI tools and ensuring strict security and privacy standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience including support, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• 2+ years of CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience implementing HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST compliant systems.
• Interest in AI tools with practical judgment.
• Strong cloud-based and SaaS administration experience.
• Excellent data privacy and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for a remote, nationwide team.
• Administer systems, CRM, EMR, and related platforms.
• Design workflows, automations, and configurations for scale.
• Manage Salesforce operations with dashboards and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI; advise on adoption.
• Support SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA compliance across systems.
• Train staff to maintain a culture of compliance.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 environment and device management.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for tech support.
• Participate in IT budgeting with finance.
