Formación

• Experience with Population Health, Arcadia, Health Plan, Healthy Planet, Care Management or value-based care programs.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare information systems experience.
• Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory or related ambulatory healthcare applications.
• Strong understanding of population health workflows and healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and presenting to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Lead technology discussions that support population health, care management, and value-based care initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as the primary architect for assigned domains and applications.
• Participate in governance, architectural review, and strategic planning activities.
• Translate operational needs into technology solutions and architectural recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to analysts and project teams.
