• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or related field with one year of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education.
• Foundational knowledge of system design principles, data structures, and integration concepts.
• Ability to use process mapping and documentation tools effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Digital Product teams to capture business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
• Assist in mapping business processes and data flows using standard tools; identify basic inefficiencies and propose improvements under guidance.
• Investigate and resolve routine system issues; elevate complex problems with detailed documentation to senior team members.
• Support system configuration changes and participate in functional testing to ensure solutions meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates in alignment with established security, architecture, and governance guidelines.
