Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Product Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support product development in an Agile environment. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and help coordinate UAT across cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, assist with ERP/CRM integrations, and contribute to releases and change management. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and epic/story decomposition.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping skills.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), SAP, or Workday.
• Familiarity with system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization.
• Break down epics into actionable user stories and ensure requirements are well-defined.
• Create future-state process flows and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Work with development and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
• Support system integrations and enterprise application enhancements involving CRM and ERP platforms.
• Assist with product releases, change management, and user adoption activities.
