• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage operational incidents following ITIL best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to document requirements for new projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to obtain user requirements and define functional specs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and defect management during projects.
• Provide business process analysis and recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor junior team members on BA best practices.
