Job summary

You’ll be working for eGroup Technologies, an IT-subsidiary of ebuero AG, supporting a growing platform used by 1,000+ colleagues and 500+ clients. You’ll manage servers, cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, and own business apps from Atlassian to finance tools.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Linux CLI, scripting, and a collaborative mindset. Remote work flexibility is available alongside a Berlin‑based office.

Qualifications

• Several years of system administration experience in a mixed environment.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Linux CLI.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell or Bash.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and teamwork.
• Nice to have VMware, Veeam, Intune, SentinelOne or Atlassian admin skills; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain servers, virtualization, backup and core services, on-prem and in the cloud.
• Manage user accounts, access, collaboration tools, and SSO integrations.
• Patch, secure, monitor systems and respond to vulnerabilities or incidents.
• Own business applications from Atlassian to finance tools.
• Drive automation and projects like office rollouts and company acquisitions integrations.
