Job summary

Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking an IT Systems Administration Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a team delivering secure, reliable SaaS and enterprise applications across the department.

You will supervise six staff, balance current operations with long-term planning, and drive improvements in security, performance, and user experience while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across the agency.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in providing IT support with experience in enterprise SaaS and COTS applications
• Proven ability to lead IT staff and projects
• Experience managing complex IT environments with multiple integrated systems
• Experience implementing security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Experience coordinating with vendors and enforcing SLAs
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
