Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of combined professional IT experience, leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Associate’s degree in IT or closely related field with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field with four years of experience.
• One year of leading IT professionals or as a technical lead; strong communication with diverse peers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close complex IT projects.
• Develop project charters, WBS, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, contractors, and partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet goals.
• Monitor governance, KPIs, dashboards, and compliance with standards.
