Unissant, Inc. seeks a Senior Database Developer / Contract Manager to join our team and support a DHS-related client.

This position is remote, with occasional access to DHS facilities in the National Capital Region for coordination. You will serve as the Contract Manager, oversee database development and data operations, liaise with federal stakeholders, manage staffing and deliverables, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Senior-level experience in IT service-delivery contracts and data environments.
• Experience with federal clients and data reporting environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contract Manager and single point of contact for CO and COR.
• Oversee contractor personnel, tasks, and deliverables across SOW.
• Lead database development, data ops, and reporting automation.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to set priorities and track status.
• Ensure staffing levels and timely deliverables; manage risks and issues.
