Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a computer-related program at Dunwoody College of Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the maintenance and installation of personal computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a record of all user requests in the service desk ticketing software.
• Provide computer and network technical support to users via ticketing system, telephone, and in-person.
• Recommend hardware and software upgrades.
• Set up, configure, and deploy computers.
