Job summary

ARES Corporation seeks an IT Services Support professional to maintain local desktop and hardware operations, manage service desk throughput, and administer SharePoint sites for users. You will engage with customers to gather requirements and deliver out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions, while assisting with migrations, upgrades, and documentation.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint site creation, updates, access management, and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet with customers to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.
• Assist with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, documentation, and user training.
• Monitor IT support channels and submit/track tickets.
• Provide remote support for off-site users.
• Log, document, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in team projects and complete other assigned duties.
