Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Remote Support Representative to assist clients remotely from the United States. You will serve as the primary contact via remote channels, help with reservations and travel information, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance travel experiences.

In this role you will liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain detailed client records in the CRM, and monitor feedback for improvements.

Qualifications
