BairesDev is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our internal Help Desk and provide technical assistance to IT users. This 100% remote role offers opportunities for growth within a global, multicultural engineering team and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include resolving issues via email, phone, and Jira; handling hardware purchases; administering security card builds; and performing general office hardware maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a role with internal Help Desk.
• Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS and Networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective delivery.
