The role emphasizes solving issues within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a seamless tech experience for a remote workforce, with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Experience with AS400, POS, PeopleSoft, websites and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and basic network configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and support computer networks, hardware, software, applications, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to end users via telephone and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system.
• Maintain user accounts and perform password resets.
• Support application implementations, system upgrades, and software deployments.
• Manage multiple support requests while meeting SLAs, escalate when needed.
