Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. invites a talented IT student to join our IT Strategy Internship and contribute to real business architecture work. You will help gather stakeholder needs, draft simple process maps, and support project milestones under the guidance of experienced associates.

You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field as a rising junior or senior (graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2029). The internship runs May 17 to August 06, 2027, 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Rising junior or rising senior with graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Experience with various technologies and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering information from stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Help create simple business process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Research and compile information to support business architecture initiatives.
• Assist with tracking project activities, milestones, and alignment to objectives.
• Support solution implementation activities by participating in testing and documenting results.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes and KPIs.
