• 2+ years sourcing or recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and define position functions and success criteria.
• Develop multi-channel strategies with Partners and sales staff to acquire new clients.
• Market qualified candidates to clients and expand business through research and outreach.
• Design sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pool using multiple sources.
• Coordinate with recruiters on account development and manage client expectations.
• Screen resumes and present opportunities; interview candidates to assess fit and interest.
• Maintain candidate pools and utilize recruiting tools to maximize efficiency.
• Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns; facilitate interviews and offers.
