Job summary
Goodwin Recruiting seeks an Account Manager in Ohio to drive IT staffing sales across existing accounts and new business. This fully remote role requires you to reside in Ohio, with Columbus visits 2–3x per week to meet client sites and advance opportunities.
The position offers a base salary plus an aggressive commission plan, along with medical, dental, vision and PTO benefits to support your success in a competitive market.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years staffing sales experience (Preferably IT Staffing Services).
- Highly earnings motivated.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Must be willing to visit client site in Columbus 2-3x per week.
