Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive for a remote role serving the Chicago, IL area. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and place top IT talent, driving growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this role you will close business opportunities, exceed activity metrics, qualify requirements for recruiters, and collaborate across divisions to cross-sell services. A competitive base salary and tiered weekly commissions reward performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT staffing solutions with a focus on hunting and developing new business.
• 3 years in a staffing agency environment or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with recruiters to convey requirements and manage client expectations.
• Cross-sell across divisions and uphold professional standards.
