Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business from remote locations and the Chicago area. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and place top IT talent while delivering strategic staffing solutions.

You’ll thrive on a competitive, commission-based environment, exceed activity metrics, and partner with recruiters to match client needs with our extensive service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT staffing sales with hunting new business.
• Experience in a staffing agency within past 3 years.
• Ability to communicate with recruiters and convey requirements.
• Collaborative cross-sell approach across divisions.
• High-energy with urgency and ability to develop repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Close opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Exceed the minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by your manager.
• Qualify each req appropriately and convey the details to recruiters effectively.
• Understand differentiators and business value of Eliassen Group divisions to cross-sell services.
