• Experience in staffing agency environment within past 3 years.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiters to convey requirements and drive client contact.
• Comfort working with multiple divisions to cross-sell services.
• High energy with a sense of urgency and drive to develop repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by management.
• Qualify each requisition and convey details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions and teams.
