Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking an IT Operations lead to oversee day-to-day IT support across a national hospital network. You will manage ticket queues, escalations, and ensure service levels while coordinating with the MSP to drive continuous improvement.

The role includes administering Microsoft 365, supporting infrastructure, endpoint management, and cybersecurity tools, handling complex escalations, and maintaining secure, reliable IT operations.
