Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Enterprise Technology Services Office, seeks an Information Technology Generalist Administrator 2 to guide critical IT operations and service delivery across the Delivery Center. You will oversee ITSM processes, lead multi-agency initiatives, and advise on emerging technologies while ensuring policy alignment and system reliability.

This full-time role offers telework up to two days per week within Pennsylvania, with on-site options at the Harrisburg

Qualifications

One year as IT Generalist Administrator 1 or equivalent experience.
Six years IT experience with three years in IT applications, networks, or security.
Two years IT experience with a bachelor’s degree in IT; or applicable equivalent.

Responsibilities

Direct End User Support, IT Asset and Configuration Management, and Change Management operations.
Design and improve IT service management frameworks to meet policy and operational needs.
Advise leadership on emerging technologies, system upgrades, and service delivery impacts.
Lead IT initiatives spanning multiple agencies with complex integrations.
Assess new ITSM tools, automation platforms and other technologies.
Oversee user guides, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
