Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an Information Technology Generalist Administrator 2 to oversee End User Support, IT Asset and Configuration Management, and Change Management operations, guiding service management improvements and strategic technology planning across the Delivery Center.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with telework up to two days per week, contingent on a secure home setup, and PA residency.

Qualifications

This position requires a current ITIL Foundations Certification.
Two or more years of full-time professional IT experience with BMC Helix.
Two or more years of full-time professional IT experience with Service Now ITSM toolset.
PA residency is required to be eligible for this role.
Essential job functions must be performed.

Responsibilities

Direct End User Support, IT Asset and Configuration Management, and Change Management operations.
Design and improve IT service management frameworks that meet policy and operational needs.
Advise leadership on emerging technologies, system upgrades, and service delivery impacts.
Lead IT initiatives that span multiple agencies and involve complex integrations.
Assess new ITSM tools, automation platforms, and other emerging technologies.
Oversee user guides, knowledge articles, and technical documentation for IT services.
