Guidehouse is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist for remote work from the United States. You will administer Windows servers, including Active Directory, and troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues while handling ServiceNow queues and delivering 2nd line support for AD and client IT.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma.
• Requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Active Directory and Windows Server troubleshooting experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory).
• Resolve deployment and infrastructure problems and server troubleshooting.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and provide 2nd level support.
• Train end users on new and updated systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with websites and web-based applications.
• Monitor login systems and perform user account maintenance.
