GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to support the TSA. The role can be remote with occasional site requirements and travel; the posting notes a main location in Springfield, VA.

You will lead a large 24x7 Service Desk, supervise IT support teams, manage key assets, and ensure high-priority incident handling while maintaining VIP standards and comprehensive documentation in the ITSM tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk operation for enterprise users.
• Clearance: Ability to maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a large 24x7x365 Service Desk operation across Tier 0–Tier 2.
• Oversees remote agent support, AD, and mobility console support; tests new apps and processes.
• Maintains Service Desk KB; documents work and resolution steps in ITSM tool.
• Supports VIP requests from inception to completion and conducts audits.
