Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to support TSA. The role is based primarily remote with a Springfield, VA focus and periodic travel as needed.

You will lead a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk and oversee advanced agent support, testing of new apps, and VIP service processes. A Public Trust clearance is required, and the candidate will coordinate across multiple teams to drive IT service improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2-5 years IT project management experience or commensurate.
• Experience leading large 24x7x365 service desk operations.

Aufgaben

• Leads and manages a large 24x7x365 Service Desk operation across Tier 0-2.
• Oversees advanced agent support, remote desktop, Active Directory, mobility console testing.
• Maintains and enhances the Service Desk Knowledge Base (KB).
• Implements and documents SR priority/escalation matrices in the ITSM tool.
• Delivers VIP support and audits VIP requests from inception to resolution.
• Provides leadership, planning and improves service across projects.
