QuadMed is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join our IT team in a remote role with occasional travel. You will assist with the development, coordination and support of information security, risk management and compliance programs, including audits and monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a healthcare security/audit setting, with strong analytical and collaborative skills. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, information technology, security or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews IT security controls for adequacy and effectiveness.
• Performs audits and supports projects to reduce risks.
• Assists with risk and threat matrices and security reporting.
• Coordinates third-party audits and assessments (HIPAA, PCI, SOC2).
• Assists with security risk assessments for vendors.
• Collaborates with other departments to remediate audit findings.
• Utilizes reporting tools to detect unusual user behavior.
• Maintains data and documentation for security activities and reporting.
• Coordinates security education, awareness, and phishing testing.
• Seeks improvements in auditing techniques and efficiency.
• Reviews system documentation and security policies; supports strategic goals.
