Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Risk & Controls Auditor – Digital Asset to support the Digital Assets team by auditing risk controls across financial reporting, compliance, and IT operations. The role emphasizes evaluating IT general controls, change management, access security, and systems development within a remote engagement model.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of control activities with risk objectives and industry standards, leveraging experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting risks, IT processes, and internal controls.
• Familiar with COSO/COBIT frameworks and IT governance concepts.
• Experience testing ITGC domains: change management, access, operations, and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk and controls audit support for digital asset engagements.
• Assess and test controls related to financial reporting, compliance, and operations.
• Evaluate business process and IT management controls against established frameworks.
• Review IT general controls across change management, access, operations, and systems development.
• Document findings and remediation recommendations; support issue closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align control activities with risk objectives.
