Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Risk & Controls Auditor to support the Digital Asset team in a remote consulting capacity. You will assess controls around financial reporting, compliance, and IT operations, and contribute to auditable engagements with a focus on risk mitigation.

The role requires strong knowledge of IT general controls, COSO/COBIT frameworks, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. W2 hourly pay is offered for this engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting and IT risks, processes, and controls.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Oracle Database, and related IT tools.
• Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, or similar control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience testing ITGC domains: change management, access, operations, and SDLC.
• Background in audit, assurance, or risk management within technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk and controls audit and assurance support for digital asset engagements.
• Assess and test controls related to financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
• Evaluate business process and IT management controls against established frameworks.
• Review IT general controls across change management, access, operations, and systems development.
• Document findings, develop remediation recommendations, and support issue closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align control activities with risk objectives.
