Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Risk & Controls Auditor for Digital Asset to support remote engagements. The role focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and IT control processes, requiring knowledge of COSO/COBIT and ITGC domains. The candidate will document findings, propose remediation, and work with stakeholders to align controls with risk objectives.

The position is a consulting role offering W2 arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting, IT risks, and controls.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP, Oracle Database, web development tools, virtualization, UNIX/Linux, and security technologies.
• Working knowledge of COSO, COBIT, or similar control frameworks.
• Hands-on testing of ITGC domains including change management, access, operations, and systems development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk and controls audit and assurance support for digital asset engagements.
• Assess and test controls related to financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
• Evaluate business process and IT management controls against established frameworks.
• Review IT general controls across change management, access, operations, and systems development.
• Document findings, develop remediation recommendations, and support issue closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align control activities with risk objectives.
