Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to support IT compliance, audit readiness, cybersecurity findings management, and risk governance within the Information Security organization.

This role coordinates audits across IT, Internal Audit, and external assessors while supporting SOX ITGCs and cybersecurity compliance obligations; you will map controls to frameworks and drive process improvements. The role is remote within the United States, with ~10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• 3–5 years IT compliance, audit, risk or GRC experience.
• Knowledge of ITGCs and SOX requirements.
• Experience with GRC/audit platforms such as Optro/AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or similar.
• Ability to coordinate across Information Security, IT, Internal Audit and external assessors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT compliance, audit activities, and cybersecurity findings management with stakeholders.
• Support SOX ITGC activities: planning, evidence collection, testing, issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance data in AuditBoard and other systems of record.
• Track findings, remediation plans, risk items, and stakeholder commitments.
• Assist internal and external audits, assessments, and evidence requests.
• Map controls and documentation to NIST CSF and other frameworks.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and standardization.
