Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to support SOX ITGCs, cybersecurity findings management, and risk processes. The role collaborates with Information Security, IT, Internal Audit, and external assessors to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The position is remote within the United States, reporting to the Manager, IT Risk & Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, internal audit, risk management, controls, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), or information security compliance.
• Experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience using GRC, audit management, risk management, ticketing, or evidence management platforms such as Optro (AuditBoard), ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, Jira, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT compliance, audit-related activities, and cybersecurity findings management across multiple teams and external assessors.
• Support SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) activities, including planning, evidence collection, documentation review, auditor inquiries, testing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance and risk data in systems like Optro (AuditBoard) and other records.
• Track findings, remediation plans, risk items, and stakeholder commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, dashboards, and management reporting materials for audit readiness.
