Great Waters Federal is seeking an IT Governance Analyst in the National Capital Region or for remote placement. The role ensures IT operations, strategies, and investments align with business objectives while managing risk and compliance.

You will support governance processes, data governance initiatives, and policy refinement, working with IT teams and leadership to drive efficient, secure technology use and enterprise-wide transparency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field and two years of IT experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Understanding of data governance and data management principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
• 2+ years in data governance, data analysis, and data management in large enterprises.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT governance processes, including meeting materials, minutes, and action-item tracking.
• Assist with compliance records, roadmaps, and cross-team communications.
• Contribute to policy and governance documentation reviews for transparency and process improvement.
• Support transformation and ongoing operations of IT Governance.
• Collaborate with IT Governance Team to refine IT Governance Board strategies and activities.
• Coordinate updates to CR processes and IT Governance integration.
• Assist with redesigning ARB and implementing automation.
• Refresh DMCC processes in line with new IT governance.
• Bridge between technical IT teams and leadership to ensure efficient, secure, and ethical use of technology.
