Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT audit, risk management, or compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of risk and control frameworks including NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001/27018, SOC 2, COSO, COBIT, FedRAMP.
• Advanced GRC certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CGEIT.
• Proven experience designing, building, and monitoring RCMs with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership and technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line IT risk assurance and cross-functional control design.
• Continuous testing of IT General Controls (ITGC) and RCM lifecycle adaptation.
• Report risks with gap analyses and remediation plans to design and implement controls.
• Monitor control performance and optimize the control environment.
• Own risk register updates and quarterly reporting to CISO and executives.
• Collaborate with ERM to align IT risk appetite with organizational risk thresholds.
• Serve as SME for IT controls aligned to standardized frameworks and regulatory guidance.
• Support SOX readiness initiatives and integrated audits across functions.
• Mentor analysts and liaison with external auditors/regulators as needed.
