Job summary

Relativity in Illinois seeks a Staff IT Auditor to lead second-line assurance for IT controls under the IIA Three Lines Model. You will design, test ITGCs, and advise the first line on operationalizing controls while maintaining risk at acceptable levels.

The role requires deep knowledge of NIST/SOC 2/COSO frameworks and IRM practices; you will own risk metrics, report to the CISO, and collaborate with ERM to align IT risk appetite with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT audit, risk management, or compliance experience with hands-on ITGC testing.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, COBIT, COSO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line IT risk assurance programs and continuous control testing.
• Design, monitor, and improve Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) across IT.
• Collaborate with ERM, IT, Security, and Product teams for SOX readiness.
• Report risk, deficiencies, and remediation plans to CISO and enterprise stakeholders.
