This full-time, remote role offers uncapped commissions, flexible hours with core overlap, and fast-track progression as you expand our technology-focused client base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience pitching to C-Suite executives.
• Results-driven mindset with KPI focus.
• Ability to work remotely with timezone overlap between 11:00 and 16:00 London time.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with industry leaders.
• Prior experience in Sales Outreach and meeting booking within recruitment or resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and map the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify high-growth target accounts.
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling and pitching to engage key decision-makers.
• Identify 20 target clients daily, ensuring personalized engagement.
• Book and attend discovery meetings to uncover live hiring requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline to achieve a monthly contribution target of £15,000.
