• Experience with third-party staffing/vendor organizations servicing top clients.
• Ability to assess technical skills and work on niche technology requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and sourcing channels (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn).
• Target-oriented, proactive, with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to submit quality profiles within defined timelines and meet hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
