Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking an IT QA Engineer to ensure high-quality software through robust testing strategies and automation. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans for manual and automated testing, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

You will implement automated testing frameworks and run performance, regression, and integration tests, leveraging Playwright and the Microsoft stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance with a strong automation focus.
• Proficient in Playwright and version control (Git).
• Hands-on testing of Microsoft stack apps: .NET, Angular, SQL Server.
• Strong SQL and backend verification abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Identify, record, and track defects; work with development to resolve them.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to optimize processes.
• Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing for reliability.
• Collaborate with IT Test Automation Manager, Product Owners, and stakeholders and mentor juniors.
