Job summary

CAI is seeking an IT Project Manager for a remote, 18-month contract to oversee multiple large IT projects, including deployment initiatives aboard ships. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management, with extensive international travel and the ability to work odd hours to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, business, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects within budgets and timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects concurrently from initiation through deployment.
• Coordinate 20-40 application deployment projects across shipboard systems and venues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Lead project status meetings and provide updates on schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and cost savings.
