Job summary

MSM Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects with a focus on delivering reliable network maintenance, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery. You will manage client relationships, drive program performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and project plans.

The role emphasizes PMP/ITIL practices and leadership across a cross-functional team. The position is remote within the DMV area, requiring occasional on-site meetings in/around Washington DC.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive IT Project Management experience.
• Five years managing federal or commercial IT infrastructure contracts.
• Three+ years running a program for a single client.
• Experience with stringent network or service SLAs and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead client partnerships, kickoff meetings, status reviews, and business reviews.
• Oversee all service delivery areas and ensure SLA targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver program artifacts per PMBOK and ITIL.
• Direct a multi-disciplinary technical team and manage project milestones.
• Ensure quality assurance, submission, acceptance, and change control processes.
