The ideal candidate is a strong project manager first and an IT expert second, proactive and organized with ownership mindset. Approximately 75% of the role involves stakeholder communication, task management, project planning, and driving execution; the remaining 25% focuses on vendor management, budgets, and financial tracking.

Formación

• 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably IT infrastructure or technology projects.
• Proven full lifecycle project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendors and project budgets.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Personality and project leadership skills are considered more important than deep IT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through completion.
• Develop, own, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders, assign and track tasks, and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify obstacles early and drive issues toward resolution.
• Manage third-party vendors and hold them accountable for schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, invoices, forecasts, and related financial activities.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
