Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an SME Information Technology Project Manager. This remote role requires residing in the Pacific Time Zone to visit the Petaluma, CA site as needed. The position entails leading IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring secure, well-documented deployments across FRCS Petaluma systems.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, strong planning and reporting skills, and a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives on time and within scope.

• Expert in breaking down work into actionable tasks and milestones.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, support, deployment and upgrades for FRCS Petaluma control systems.
• Oversee installation and sustainment for tech refresh across multiple networks.
• Maintain inventory, status, and maintenance records.
• Develop documentation and installation plans for tech refresh systems.
• Coordinate documentation for Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals.
• Provide information security support for FRCS Petaluma.
• Support engineering drawings and facility-management software systems.
• Deliver monthly status reports on project progress.
• Communicate risk and status to stakeholders.
