Goldbelt is seeking an SME Information Technology Project Manager for a remote role within the Pacific Time Zone. The position supports FRCS Petaluma control systems, requiring expertise in IT project management, system deployment and documentation.

Occasional travel to the Petaluma worksite may be required. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, the ability to lead a team, document meetings, and break down work into actionable tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in technical planning, support, deployment and implementation of FRCS Petaluma control systems.
• Provide oversight for installation and sustainment support for tech refresh efforts across Petaluma networks.
• Maintain inventory, status and maintenance records.
• Develop documentation to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) for systems.
• Provide information security support for FRCS Petaluma.
• Deliver monthly status reports on projects.

Summary

We are looking for an SME Information Technology Project Manager. This position is remote. However, candidates must reside within the Pacific Time Zone to accomodate occasional travel to the worksite in Petaluma, CA.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in the technical planning, support, deployment and implementation of FRCS Petaluma control systems, including upgrades, patches and system/parts replacements.
• Provide oversight for installation and sustainment support for tech refresh efforts for FRCS Petaluma WWTP, PWP, Energy, Wi-Fi, training and AMI networks.
• The employee shall also assist in maintaining inventory, status and maintenance records.
• Provide technical planning, support, development, documentation and installation for the FRCS Petaluma tech refresh systems.
• Provide oversight for the technical planning and support of FRCS Petaluma tech refresh systems, including the development of all documentation required to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) approval for these systems.
• Provide information security support for FRCS Petaluma.
• Provide technical support development and modifications to engineering drawings
• Provide technical support and administration of the FRCS Petaluma facility-management software system.
• The Employee shall deliver a status report on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge

• Expert in the area of IT project management (ability to lead a team, inspire cooperation, maintain systems, and develop new applications within given constraints).
• Demonstrated ability to document meeting notes, and outcomes to drive solutions.
• Expert in breaking down work to be evaluated.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 Years of related experience.
• Experience with facility control systems and network deployment.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Preferred Qualification

• SECRET security clearance.

Pay And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually.
