Job summary

IBSS Corp. seeks an IT Project Manager to lead IT projects supporting NEFSC in Woods Hole, MA. This remote role requires strong time management, Agile experience, and proactive collaboration with diverse governmental and NGO stakeholders.

The successful candidate will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinate with the NEFSC PM Branch Chief, and maintain project governance and security procedures. This position offers competitive benefits and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS/B.A. in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years IT PM experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing full PM lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile or similar methods.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to coordinate across dispersed, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to closing, defining scope and milestones.
• Coordinate project teams and resources with the NEFSC Project Management Branch Chief.
• Develop QA plans and monitor project performance and outcomes.
• Identify risks, issues, opportunities, and changes.
• Monitor status and report progress to NEFSC baseline infrastructure.
• Maintain Jira/Confluence and governance library.
• Promote Agile practices and provide education and coaching.
