Job summary

IBSS is seeking an IT Project Manager to support remote work with a focus on Woods Hole, MA. The role requires Public Trust eligible clearance and offers a salary in the range of $100,000 to $115,000 per year.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects within a structured governance framework, working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include QA planning, risk management, and ongoing status reporting, while collaborating with the NEFSC ISSO to ensure security

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ yrs of IT project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and full project lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement IT projects with defined scope, goals, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams and resources in collaboration with the NEFSC Project Management Branch Chief.
• Develop and implement IT quality assurance plans; monitor performance and outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, opportunities, and changes.
• Monitor status, progress, challenges, resolutions and impacts to NEFSC baseline infrastructure.
• Evaluate results and maintain a lessons-learned repository.
