Qualifications

• Certified Agile practitioner with PSM I or CSM; solid knowledge of agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in low-complexity environments to follow basic agile principles and methodologies.
• Plan and facilitate meetings for decision making, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Support self-organization, backlog management, and delivery of business value.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate as needed and minimize distractions.
• Promote continuous improvement across the software lifecycle using metrics.
