Job summary

ELVTR is seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager to coordinate across distributed engineering teams and business stakeholders from intake to release, rollout, and adoption. You will own delivery mechanics, clarify requirements, track milestones, and ensure successful UAT before each release.

This remote, full-time role requires 2–4 years of software project management, fluent Ukrainian and advanced English, and experience with Asana/Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software project management ownership.
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong English (B2+ minimum; C1 preferred).
• Direct experience with UK, US, Canadian, or European clients a plus.
• Experience coordinating 5–15 engineers, QA, design and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Keep Asana accurate across all initiatives and tickets.
• Turn discussions into clear owners, milestones, dates, dependencies, and decisions.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before engineering commits.
• Propose, negotiate, and track delivery plans with CTO approval.
• Coordinate execution, testing, releases, incidents, and adoption.
• Surface blockers early and escalate risks through the proper channel.
• Interview stakeholders and write workable specs when needed.
• Own user acceptance testing before release.
