Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Project Manager / Task Lead to support the IRS’s CI CMSS and Windows Client OS. This remote opportunity places you at the center of coordinating enterprise IT initiatives, contract performance, and stakeholder communications from Washington, DC.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and guide transitions through implementation and steady-state operations, ensuring alignment with contract goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or endpoint-management projects.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies in large-scale environments (Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft 365).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules, risks, and deployments.
• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PMI-ACP (or equivalent).
• Must undergo a High-Risk Background Investigation and 7-panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects for IRS desktop, endpoint, and user-support environments.
• Oversee planning, coordination, deployment, and delivery of IT initiatives within schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary contract contact between government and contractor, managing performance and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project meetings, track risks and issues, and prepare management reports.
