Terrestris, LLC seeks an IT Field Support Lead to oversee the IRS desktop/endpoint environment at IRS Headquarters in Washington, DC. You will provide hands-on IT support for HQ executives and staff, troubleshoot hardware/software, deployments, outages, and incidents, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise desktop or field services with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience with large hardware refreshes and OS deployments in Windows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, basic network config and ticketing systems.
• ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Endpoint certs.
• Must undergo a High-Risk Background Investigation and 7-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite endpoint-management and user-support operations.
• Provide daily hands-on IT support at IRS Headquarters, incl. executives.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software, deployments, outages, and incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and self-help materials.
• Support modernization of customer-support using chatbots/AI technologies.
